Our sessions will start with a beginner friendly, breath-centred yoga practice with Dana and will be followed by a meditation led by Carl. We will finish with a peaceful relaxation session and enjoy a glass of hot chai and a visit. No experience necessary. 

Mindfulness is the practice of observing the mind. We do not need to silence the mind as it is simply doing what it does. We just observe, watch thoughts appear and disappear. Where did they come from? Who is thinking these thoughts? Like waves on the ocean, thoughts rise and fall, but the ocean remains unchanged.
